Responsibilities :
  • Able to do cold calling and reach out to clients.
  • Able to do cold emailing and pitch clients about the product.
  • Engage with international clients, both businesses and individual consumers.
  • Proactively seek out and cultivate new customer relationships to expand the company’s market reach.
  • Maintain high-quality services for existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Oversee sales processes and take responsibility for post-sales support.
  • Facilitate negotiations and ensure smooth transactions for the service.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to new leads, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Requirements :
  • Excellent and fluent in English speaking (Calls/Emails).
  • Able to understand the campaign objective as per the market place.
  • Very good in time management.
  • Fresh/Entry level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism and strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong multitasking and target-achieving skills.
